ONLINE SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§1
The service provider of the online shop with electronic address www.shop.agnesfashiongroup.pl is

The object of the service provision is the sale agreement.
§4
Commercial information contained on the website is just an invitation to make an offer, and do not constitute the commercial offer within the meaning of polish Civil Code.
§5
Costs of delivery and reception are borne by the Client.
§6
Technical specification required to benefit from the service is access to computer, web browser and Internet.
§7
Within 14 days since delivery, Consumer may withdraw from the agreement.
§8
One may lodge a complaint in the business office mentioned in §1. Warranty procedure presumes that the Client has right to complain about nonconformity within 2 years.
§9
The contract will be valid under the condition of sending the article purchase offer by the Bidder via the form on the shop’s website, and the shop to receive it.
§10
Client is obliged to pay the price advance payment on the shop's account.
§11
Price is binding for both sides since the moment of order. Price do not contain delivery cost. Time of the order realization amounts to 7 days since correct order, but not longer than 30 days.
§12
The service provider reserves the right to reject the offer without giving a reason.
§13
Personal data are protected and processed on purpose and in range stated in The Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data. The Client is forbidden to place content of illegal character on the shop’s webpages (e.g. in opinion forms).
§14
Accepting these Terms, Client/Receiver agrees on receiving commercial information and proceeding his/her personal data according to Act mentioned in §13.
§15
Hereby Terms are valid since 01.10.2019 and may be changed in the future. In cases not regulated by these Terms, rules of Polish Civil Code, and others, apply.
